Council takes it's environmental responsibility seriously and encourages it's Ratepayers to do the same in some of the following ways:

?    Install Compost Bins and Worm Farms, encouraging environmentally friendly waste disposal;

?    Use  paper or fabric shopping bags rather than plastic ones; and recycle products where possible

Council takes this opportunity to remind householders that the raw water that is supplied by Council is not recommended for any domestic use and is not for human consumption.
